A Personal Journey to Health

Movement has always been at the core of my life. For two decades, I performed, competed, and taught dance, learning firsthand the incredible connection between movement, strength, and well-being. This passion led me to pursue a Dual Bachelor’s Degree in Human Kinesiology and Dance from Wittenberg University, where I deepened my understanding of how the body moves and functions at its best.

From Challenges to Expertise

While preparing for medical school, I sought further education in Sports Science, earning my Master’s Degree from Hofstra University. Working alongside specialists in various health fields, I gained valuable insights into holistic wellness. It was during this journey that I realized optimal health is about more than just movement – it’s about sleep, nutrition, and lifestyle balance. I wanted to integrate all these elements into my approach, which led me to wellness coaching.

As an MD Candidate set to complete my degree in December 2025 and currently working toward my NASM Wellness Coach certification, I am committed to using my extensive knowledge to help others achieve sustainable health transformations. My coaching is built on science, experience, and a deep desire to see clients thrive. I believe in a personalized approach, where we address root causes, build strong foundations, and create long-term wellness solutions tailored to your unique needs.
